I chose a square heel instead of stiletto and red fish skin and blue patent leather.
They cost me $AUS 250 and $25 shipping worldwide. (I have a 3.5 inch heel - higher heels are $300).
It took 3 attempts to get the fit right and they remade them each time (great return policy). I am normally a size 10 shoe Australian and they ended up being a size 8.5 with a wide fitting.
I love them.
